I had a dead battery, so I jumped the car at home and drove it to the service department to have it replaced. It was replaced and the system reset in less than an hour. Great service always at VW Covina!!
I've been going there over 20 years, since my first car and I've never felt like I didn't belong. It's a family and they will treat you like one. They will communicate any updates with you. They will always greet you with a smile and listen to you when you. They are amazing.
I came in for my 80,000 mile tuneup as scheduled- the price was very reasonable. I did have my service rep drive my car as the bushings are making noise. I will be back on June 17 which is a Tuesday to service my vehicle as it’s under extended dealer warranty.
All the guys there are helpful and kind! Definitely would recommend any of my friends and family to their dealership.
It was quick and easy to go there get an appointment and drop off my car. They also sent me a Lyft both way which was very helpful. While also just being very nice people to talk to. It felt like going to a barbershop

From David -sales- to Ali -finance- the entire experience was smooth, as friendly as required and efficient. By that I mean quick and respectful enough considering past experiences : I traded my old car and got the new 2025 Taos SE for the price that I expected, as recommended by the VW online "build" form, all without the usual exhausting back and forth négociation. 5 stars for sure!

Overall, I think the sales team (Kevin, Kory, Yasmine, Anoush) went above and beyond in accommodating my requests, which I truly appreciate. That said, there were some communication and transparency issues along the way that caused frustration. I believe this reflects more of a training opportunity than intentional oversight.
